Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as you must agree to them before completing with your order
Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Visit Bath and yourself.
No contract exists between you and Visit Bath for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full.
The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on the Visit Bath online shop at the time you place your order. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of taxes. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Delivery charges are not included in the product prices quoted; this will be added at the end of your order.
Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

Delivery and costs
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 7 working days. If you wish to guarantee delivery you can do so by choosing special delivery. Special Delivery guarantees next working day delivery by 1:00pm with inclusive tracking and signature on delivery. THIS IS A UK SERVICE ONLY (Please note: post is only despatched Mon-Fri. Orders received after midday will be despatched the next day. Orders received after midday on Friday will be despatched on Monday.)
Another option is to collect your purchase from the Visitor Information Centre during normal opening hours. You will need to bring confirmation of your purchase with you.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. You will need to return the items to us in good condition to receive your refund. It is your responsibility to give notice of a refund by letter or email. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to refund items that are perishable, video, DVD, audio or software products which have been unsealed. You are responsible for cost of returning the goods to us. Please allow 14 days for the adjustment to show in your account. The nature of the Spas Ancient and Modern Package and Torchlit Visit and Dinner means that we are unable to offer a refund for these packages and they cannot be redeemed past their expiry date. If you wish to change the date/time for your meal, please contact the restaurant direct.
When you place an order online you will be given the option of being notified by post or email about products, services, events and promotions which we may think will interest you. If you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes you must tick the opt out box.
Limitation of Liability
Visit Bath has total liability for its contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, and restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Visit Bath will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
Once purchased online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only.
