When will my order be dispatched?

In most cases we will aim to post your package by the next working day, delivery times are as follows:

Standard UK Delivery 3-5 working days 
Standard European Delivery 5/7 working days
USA, Australia, Canada and Rest of World estimate: 7-10 working days

If we can't fulfill your order within these times we will inform you as soon as possible.

Why hasn't my order arrived?

It is very rare, but sometimes an order does get lost in the post. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order confirmation, please email us at tourism@bathtourism.co.uk and we will investigate it for you. Once we are satisfied that it is genuinely lost, we will resend or refund your goods. 

My Item has arrived damaged, what can I do?

We will make every effort to ensure that your order is securely packaged. However, if it does arrive and it is damaged then please return it to us at:

What is your online return policy?

For attraction tickets and vouchers:

You may have a refund within 7 days of purchase. If they have been posted out to you then you will need to return the tickets or vouchers to us to receive your refund. If you have opted for Free Collection then we can cancel and refund your order immediately. 

For retail goods:

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it or give you a refund.

Can I cancel or amend my attraction tickets?

You can cancel any order for attraction tickets and vouchers within 7 days of purchase. If they have been posted out to you then you will need to return the tickets or vouchers to us to receive a refund. If you have opted for Free Collection then we can cancel and refund your order immediately.

We will have a good selection of Bath themed souvenirs, but not everything you see on the website will be available in store. 

I have seen an item in your shop but it is not on your website, can I still buy it?

Yes! Please email us at tourism@bathtourism.co.uk or phone our customer service team on 01225 322 438 and we will be happy to help you locate the item from our shop.

What is your privacy policy?
